Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 10:49 PM
haha right on!! thanks man anybody else..?

Hammer your traps n chest.
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:01 PM
how old are u
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 11:06 PM
the lighting kind of sucks in my garage.. its not helping me at all i dont think.. im 17. im hoping to start competing by my freshman year in college. that might be too far fetched.. but i dont know.
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:07 PM
oh ya and stay under 12% bf. its not worth going over are u wanted to compete naturally your whole life?
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 11:09 PM
lol 12%? why is that. and what does it look like im at to you? oh.. and NO.. definatly not stayin natural. i will start cycling as soon as im ready. i want to go as far as i can in the sport.
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:13 PM
i think you're 9-10%. i'm just saying getting uber blubbed is a pain. since you're not going to be natty then i'd say u can bulk like no other but still watch it. u can lose good muscle even on gear, tho i've kept mine on test and winny but cutting a lot is still a bitch u look great for ur age tho
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 11:18 PM
ha yeah i plan on bulking like no other eventually. i would like to get as close as i can to 200 naturally. which could be a while.. if even possible.. then start using gear and go from there..
Posted by: MoVin_Weight May 14 2008, 11:26 PM
lookin good man, how much you gained since your last pic?
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:26 PM
a lot of pros start using gear really fuckin early. its kind of a bitch since its not exactly good, but a must sometimes. what are your stats? height, weight and what are your lifts like?
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 11:32 PM
this pic im right around 160. i think thats about 10lbs heavier than my last. im 5'8"-9"..(somewhere in there) 160lbs squat-230 once (almost a year ago) dead- rep 315, 12 reps (never got a 1rep max) bench- 225 6 times thats all the stats i really know.. right now my workout split is: day 1:chest, tri, quads day 2: back, bi, hams day 3:off day 4: repeat 1 day 5: repeat 2 day 6: off day 7: repeat 1. and so on.. im thinking about going back on an upper/lower split. what do you think?
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:34 PM
sure, theres no magic routine. just lift hard and hit the basics. and food. dont blow all your money on suppliments. they're overrated
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 14 2008, 11:36 PM
ha thats what ive heard. ive been getting around 300 grams of protein a day.... idk if thats overkill or not but i love it.. yeah im not a big supp taker anyway. just protein, multi, crea, and a few others..
Posted by: goodskie May 14 2008, 11:40 PM
what few others? just aim for 1.5 grams of protein a day per lb of bodyweight

|
Posted by: Chris25533 May 15 2008, 02:14 PM
Looking good man. For your age your doing extremely well, but remember you have a lot of room still to grow. From judging you have decent genetics to work with, so keep it natural, eat a lot of clean foods and have a good workout program and you will keep gaining for awhile. Props tho
Posted by: ANIMAL333 May 15 2008, 02:22 PM
Lookin good bro!
Posted by: Doogsy May 15 2008, 02:57 PM
Good base Dude keep SFW and you'll do well
Posted by: jcsouthcentral May 15 2008, 02:58 PM
I would have called bullshit on your deadlift numbers based on your squat numbers. Then I saw your lats in the pic. Good work. If you can keep your waist that small and continue to add mass on your upper body and start squatting you will look great.
Posted by: RC8609 May 15 2008, 05:28 PM
Nice work, keep working hard and it may be the lighting but give your upper chest some more priority!
| Posted by: Arnoldclone May 15 2008, 05:58 PM | ||
Advice of a pussy. Im 13% I think n still leaner than half these cats on here. If you wanna get huge, you gotta eat, and if that means touchin 13% then be it. Dont be afraid of a lil fat, it means hugeness down the road. |

arnoldclone u are a homo and your the ugliest person on this forum that jacked so shut your mouth... your an insult to arnold u pussssssy change you damn name!!
Posted by: Thomas130694 May 15 2008, 08:13 PM
sry for saying that in your thread bro... you do look very good for your age especially natty.. i see kids at the gym your age who have done lots of ph's and still arent as big as you. keep it up
Posted by: accent115 May 15 2008, 08:48 PM
You've seem ppl who've done ph's and aren't 160lbs?
Posted by: DownTown May 15 2008, 08:53 PM
i would recommend a different routine. Its not good to do chest w/ tris, or back w/bis. The reason i say that is because, most chest power lifts use triceps, and same with back and bis. so you cant work both as hard as you would really like to. This is my own routine, it may not be for you but its what i do. m-chest/ biceps t- back/ triceps w- Eating time!!!!!!!!!AND Rest!!!! thrus- Shoulders/ Traps fri- Legs/ Abs Sat- Run Run Run!! Sun- Run Run Run!!
| Posted by: Kevin43403 May 15 2008, 09:09 PM | ||
I tried a similar routine but it seemed that I was overtraining my bis and tris because you are essentially working your bis and tris on back to back days but hey if it works for you then don't mess with success. |
| Posted by: goodskie May 15 2008, 09:15 PM | ||||
like i said since u are trying to go bro then bulk up. now this ugly fuck stays rather lean, which isnt a bad idea, but if u look at how fuckin small his legs are u might kill yourself, i cant believe he talks shit about anyone. this is the kind of person that may want to bulk for a few years. but some can get big and stay lean, like vaporize |
| Posted by: Arnoldclone May 15 2008, 09:37 PM | ||
The most original insults ever laid down. Congrats! |

Keep benching pussy. Your chest resembles a cave. |
Posted by: Jayv24 May 15 2008, 09:51 PM
you're in good shape bro. trust me. I would say go HEAVY on arms. Work hard on Biceps and triceps. Larger arms would give your naturally tapered body frame a really good look. preacher curls & reverse-grip Lat pulldowns. Close grip bench & Skull crushers. Stay lean. I wouldnt recommend an all out bulk. Just up your protein content and carb load heavy after smashing. you'll grow.
| Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 15 2008, 10:22 PM | ||
dude.. i know tons of kids in my grade that have ran more than one sd cycle. and arent even close to me. mainly because they dont take any pct and get screwed over.. i appreciate the comments guys and my other supps are. glucosamine, cissus, omega's sometimes. and thats about it. think i need to add anything? |
Posted by: Thomas130694 May 15 2008, 11:03 PM
good comeback arnoldclone.. no matter how much juice u take and/or surgery you get you'll always be an ugly bastard your stuck with that for life... when posting pics next time maybe put arnolds face on them considering u want to be him so badly u fukin homo go suck off the governator some more pusssssss
| Posted by: Thomas130694 May 15 2008, 11:06 PM | ||
yes i have theres a group of like 5 of these 15-16 year old kids at my gym that take pplex and superdrol with no pct and there like 130 pounds also very high doses and too long of a cycle. i told them to might as well just inject since there fuced up already and they think that injecting is the stuff that kills u lmao they amuse me |

BS on his deadlift #'s? Those #'s aren't that impressive to call him out on. BTW, looking good for your age. Keep it up, be patient and you'll be huge in a couple years once you fill out. |

Posted by: azfittrainer May 16 2008, 04:44 PM
Looking solid Theo
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 16 2008, 05:25 PM
thanks azfit. ed. i just started going heavy on the wheels again because i quit track for bodybuilding. and my legs stayed messed up when i was runnin. im just coming off a strained quad and ham. im good to go now. and i think itll be easier for me to put on weight now because my legs have a TON of room to grow
Posted by: Mustang69 May 16 2008, 05:32 PM
Funny shit aside... lol:) Nice work @17... keep it up. You got many more muscle adding years to come. youll prolly be a vicious animal in the gym in ur 20s.
Posted by: cc-10 May 16 2008, 06:13 PM
good job bro keep up the work....how are the wheels coming along?
Posted by: yeashescool May 16 2008, 09:14 PM
solid, keep at it
| Posted by: azfittrainer May 17 2008, 04:56 PM | ||
Why did you quit track? For the season, or permanently? |
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 17 2008, 06:52 PM
lol permanently. i just wasnt into it.. and didnt really want to be doin it
Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 06:33 PM
Then why were you doing it in the 1st place? What events did you do?
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 18 2008, 09:27 PM
basically my parents were making me. i only polevaulted. my dad was my coach and we have a polevaulting pit at my house. he did it in middleschool, highschool, and college. and my sister does it and finished 4th in the state this year in 5A and i didnt have a choice in the matter. right before spring break they caught me smoking weed. they came to the conclusion that i was smoking to get rid of the stress of track.. because they were making me do something that i did not want to do.
Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 09:35 PM
Could it get you a college scholarship?
Posted by: goodskie May 18 2008, 09:37 PM
he said he doesnt want to do it. leave it alone. u always gotta keep pushin shit
Posted by: AdamGrossman May 18 2008, 09:50 PM
Yeah Azfit if you like pole-vaulting so much then why don't you do it? PUSSY.
Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 10:29 PM
Lol, pole vaulting is scary shit.
| Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 10:30 PM | ||
Easy there bitchy |
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 18 2008, 10:43 PM
yeah i could have gotten scholarship money easily. but that would mean i would be stuck doin it for another 4 years. and i dont want to be a part of a college track team. i just want to lift
Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 10:44 PM
It must be tough knowing something you don't enjoy could also bring you so much benefit.
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 18 2008, 10:47 PM
nah not really. im not too worried about college expenses as bad as that sounds. my parents would rather let me just lift and start bodybuilding and be happy than make me polevault, for there benefit, and do things to get myself in trouble.
Posted by: azfittrainer May 18 2008, 10:59 PM
I personally love Track and Field, and have been active in it in some form ever since high school. I've now gotten back into competing in masters level competitions. I've never vaulted though. I was going to learn it, to do the decathlon, and it freaked me out too much.
Posted by: youngtheo8888 May 18 2008, 11:02 PM
i still love track and field and always will. and my dad is 47 and he still jumps. he loves the sport a little too much almost. hes at a meet every weekend. it was alot more fun in middleschool. when there was no pressure. then in highschool when i started jumping higher, it started getting more serious.. and i didnt want any part of that. but it was fun. you should still give it a shot
Posted by: azfittrainer May 19 2008, 10:02 AM
In highschool I watched a kids pole snap, and he crashed from almost 4 meters, and landed on his head. It was scary shit.
