well i dunno. you saw my old pics from 05. i was totally blubbed....very similar in appearance to the way you are now actually. but i lost fat like crazy on eca.

i worked out my legs earlier. i did the stairmaster for 20 mins and for back i did some jumping jacks at a fast tempo. im totally jackdafied now.

u must mean a month ago when i was 250. or 10 weeks ago when i was 270?

i'm sure u lost blub like crazy. how much of that exactly do u contribute to eca?

Its hard to call. ok maybe at best an extra 300-400 cals a day are burned purely through thermogenesis.

BUT...the extra stimulation caused an increase in motor activity, IE jogging, smashing more weights, etc.

So its 2 part, a double edged sword if you will.

thermogenic and increases motor activity. Actually 3 part, because it reduces appetite somewhat.

i plan on trying t3 for my next abuser cyc.

its almost hard to believe you were nearly 300 lbs.

thats like 100 lbs away from being a bed-ridden shut in.

word, i went from 270 - 260 in a week tho, i only got to 270 cause of d-bol/

Clen is going to give you about a 7-10% increase in metabolism. If you burn 2,500 calories a day just through your basic metabolic rate, thats an extra 250 calories. Over 7 days that adds up to an extra 1/2 lbs fat loss.

Taken from a post by TAC, this protocol helped in my dosage decision.


here are two T3 protocols Ive found useful -

T3

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs

8-weeks total.


6 Week T3

So if you look at part 1 of my suggestion (before taper)

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-11: 100 - 125mcgs (reduction of 7 days i.e. 1 week)

Then part 2

Days 11-13 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 14-16 : 100mcgs
Days 17-19: 75mcgs
Days 20-22: 50mcgs

(reduction of 3 days from original)

Then part 3

Days 23-28 : 37.5mcgs
Days 29-33 : 25 mcgs
Days 34-42 : 12.5 mcgs

TOTAL 6 weeks

(with thanks to Wrongun!)

You dont really need a 'pct', but it would be wise to be especially tight on diet/cardio etc in the month after finishing - and taking some thyroid stimulating herbs wouldnt hurt, guggelsterones springs to mind.

u know how it is. tons of conflicting info. i've heard both ways. i'd prob taper down tho just to be safe

Dont know how much difference the taper makes in retoring natural T levels, but Ive tried T3 without the taper, and had a 'crash' at the end of the cycle - feeling tired all the time, weight (fat) gain etc
