I'm interested in learning more about T3. I know the basics of what it is and it's function. I would like some feedback from those who have used it.

What dosage is good? I hear you should taper up and down but I don't know where to start. (I'm 6'1" about 230 or so)

How quickly do you see results?

Since it raises your metabolism, do you still need to restrict calories as drastically?

Assuming it is used it will be in conjunction with Tren Ace 50-75mg/day and probably Test Prop 75-100mg/day. I would have all anillaries on hand prior to starting cycle.

Im cycling it 2 wk on 2 wk off, with low-moderate dose clen (75mcg/ED). Test + Tren and winni all in there too....

You should split your t3 into multiple doses throughout the day. Ie 25mg morning, 25mg noon, 25 mg night...

other than that...dont run it for too long, ie 6 weeks straight thru is too long and could possibly lead to other thryoid related problems.

I personally like to taper back calories, and really monitor carb intake while on t3. First wk of cut I was able to shed almost 11 lbs (mosly water due to win) but am levelling out now at around 4.5 lbs wk...strength is up, beginning to see striations in shoulders and vascularity all throughout upper body.

I would also reccommend to throw in 30 minutes of cardio each day, on my days off I do some plyo with the gf at the park...moving your legs and arms and working up a sweat is key.

My goals are to get big and strong but also maintain my agility and endurance...depending on what your goals are your routine or protocol may look a little bit different.

There are soooooo many different opinions on how to run t3 its annoying.

i've heard to take doses all at once in the morn before eating from dr d. it does have a long half life...but not u guys take it 2-3 times a day.

bump on how fast to ramp up the dose. i've researched it a lot and even read some shit here but maybe some of u dose it differently then u did when those threads were made.

...around 100mg t3, I get excessive nightsweats feel weak and tired, and extremely hungry all day long. Staying around the 75mg marks got rid of all these sides...looking lean and still feeling strong.

I would strongly recommend not using T3, using it may cause your thyroid to get over stimulated and become hypo. Then you will need thyroid medication, just to have normal levels.

I took T3 back in the day. I believe it was tiratricol from omega sports. The only thing I noticed was muscle AND fat loss while on cycle. Wasn't worth it for me. I prefered clen while on cycle.

...I'm on it now...cycling it 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off...just started my 4th week of cutting, - loving it. Wouldn't suggest use it without gear tho.

i dont even think clen is worth opening the bottle for. i get zero noticable results from it. i've been cutting for over 2 months and i tried 2 weeks of it again and i noticed nothing even at 150mcg a day.

same thing for ECA. t3 may work, but i really dont think clen or eca are worth shit.

I've seen what T3 does for pros and it impresses me. I have seen what Lee Priest can go from by using it and just walking on the treadmill for cardio. I am going to definitely try it. I will use moderate dosages and keep you informed from time to time of what I think of it. I don't think I am going to go anywhere near 100mcg my first run. I think I am going to do 25 to start for a week and kick it to 50 if it is too slow.

I have read where people are taking it for 8 weeks at a time and having no negative effects. I ptobably won't go that far. My test goes back to normal after 10 - 15 week cycles. I would think my endocrine system would be able to accomodate some mild T3 abuse.

my point was that clen and eca aren't worth taking because I didn't notice ANY extra fat loss.

do you even work out your back or legs?

well i dunno. you saw my old pics from 05. i was totally blubbed....very similar in appearance to the way you are now actually. but i lost fat like crazy on eca.

i worked out my legs earlier. i did the stairmaster for 20 mins and for back i did some jumping jacks at a fast tempo. im totally jackdafied now.
