Slightly Sore Nipples

If you've been here awhile you know that I haven't used any PH's (SD, Phera Plex are the ones I have tried) in quite a while, probably at least 6 months and I used proper PCT. I have had slightly sore nipples the past couple of weeks and there was a small "knot" under each one. Now, the right one has started to slowly go away and become "normal" and the left is just behind that. My question: what could've caused this and is there anything I can do to to help move this along quicker and prevent this from happening again? Thanks.

Sometimes Using Nolva for PCT can actually be too strong, causing Estrogen to rebound big time.

What did you use for PCT, and dosage per week?

What did you use for boosting Test?

It could be that your Test levels weren't up to par once PCT was finished.

I know Patrick Arnold recommends to use Nolva for 3-4 weeks, then an inhibitor like E-Form for 2 weeks after PCT to slow the unrestricted estrogen flow after.

Many factors could have caused it, best thing to do is have E-Form on hand at all times and if you notice something like itchy, sore, or puffy nipples then you can spray that shit on and not have to wait for it to kick in since it's topical.

Also its not gonna hurt you at all to use it at anytime, and like I said it seems to work immediately in my experience with it.

Always give your chest a feel every once in awhile, with there being knots under the skin there had to have been some warning signs leading up to finally feeling them...I would guess! I've never felt any knots before, but have felt the warning signs.

I know during my Phera cycle my nips got puffy either from high Estrogen levels or just water retention, but 5 sprays a night of E-Form killed it within its first use the soreness was better the next morning, then the puffyness went away within a few days of use.

Thanks man....as far as my PCT, I honestly don't remember exactly what I took but I always make sure it is a well-documented dosage for the proper amount of time (I'm pretty anal about stuff like that).

I don't think I really used a Test booster though but my Test levels have seemed fine. Again, this was quite some time ago so one would think that it woudn't have taken this long to show up.

I really didn't notice any warning signs. I woke up one day and noticed that while taking a shower, they were tender. At least there's no itching and swelling/puffiness.

I will definitely be purchasing some E-Form!!! Thanks.

Word!!

Thats strange, but not using a Test booster is bad!

Sure your Testosterone level is probably fine by now, but during PCT you must stop estrogen and raise Test as fast as you can since its been suppressed by the prohormone.

Look at it this way, your body naturally evens out Estrogen to Test levels, you add in a prohormone and what your body thinks is Test levels are high, so Estrogen boosts up to make up the difference. Since you are adding in a synthetic Test your body stops producing since it doesn't need to. Then you stop taking the prohormone at the end of the cycle and boom no Test, but high Estrogen. So Nolvadex stops the estrogen but if you haven't raised Test levels by the end of PCT then Estrogen is released back in the system which could be what happened. Too high Estrogen with lacking Test over time.

Which is what I think happens to the guys with delayed gyno from Superdrol.

Alittle Aromatase Inhibitor at the end of PCT doesn't hurt, just to be on the safe side.

If the one side has gone away, then I'm sure eventually the leftside should follow as long as its not out of control.

If you don't remember what you took, I'm guessing it wasn't Nolva?

Also, you may want to check out Restore from ALRI. They have more info on ALRI's website.

Though by the sounds of it, it could just go away on its own since one side is gone and the other sounds better than it was?...But definitely get some E-Form if you think it gets any worse.
