okay ive heard of people running this at 6 caps a day for 4 weeks.. and then ive heard of people runnin it for 8 weeks. but i dont know how many caps a day. anybody know?

Grave's max bench press as of 2-7-07: 205lbs

friend- do you think that you could give a beta fish steroids.. and put him in a beta fighting league....?

me- yeah.... i bet.... but then they will drug test them and he'll get kicked out..

I ran it at 3 caps a day for a month and I gained 7lbs. I'm also 215lbs too, so you might not even need that much..
