| This is the info. I got at first: Wanted a carrier. The greatest benefit of using cayenne pepper in natural medicine comes from cayenne's ability to rapidly stimulate the circulatory system and deliver fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients to the heart and other organs in the body. When used properly, cayenne "opens up" capillaries allowing vitalized blood to reach areas that it may not normally reach due to poor circulation. I am using 1/2 teaspoon 1200mgs. 40,000HU I tried 200mgs. Caffeine and cayenne = Wow, I loved the pump. Excellent fat burner! Used it with Whey and I felt the little tingles. Next: Caffeine, Cayenne, Beta Alanine, EEA, AKGG, Cittrulline Malate and CEE. The tingling that is associated with Beta Alanine was a little more intense. Went running and loved it. I still want to try it for lifting. So far, I really notice a difference with the cayenne. My next additive is L-Norvaline. |

| Dosing is very important. Everyone has a different tolerance level. I capped it for my girlfriend. I went down to 1/8 of a teaspoon. She said that it gave her energy. She had trouble sleeping. |

| One of the first ephedra products i used had cayenne/ginger in it...really worked synergystically as a thermogenic. i liked it. |

They were concerned about the effect the following day. No one had any problems. Do not take it late at night. It will keep you up. At first, I could not believe such a simple thing could do so much. I think it is overlooked or not popular because people think that it will be very spicy. I do not know if I am ready for the 90,000HU level. I have seen 150,000HU. I have used it for lifting now. I did stack it with aminos. I could only describe it as good pump. Similar to niacin flush without the uncomfortableness. I got 40,000HU at this site. |

Basic Cuts has 500mg cayenne pepper fer serving. It makes you feel like your stomach's on fire. Make sure you drink plenty water when taking the Pepper! |

| ohh, yes. Water is very important. If it gets too hot - mix a small amount of Baking Soda with water. To neutralize acidity with a buffer (alkaline) thing. I am going to stack it with CLA, caffeine, Fish oil and Sesamin oil as a fat burner. |
