3,4-Divanil- Lowers SHBG during cycle free up androgens and making them more available in the body.

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate - increases the amount of androgen receptors

NAC - Liver Protectant, anti-oxidant.

Vitamin C - Anti oxidant but also helps lower the stress hormone cortisol.

Saw Palmetto - Saw palmetto works to prevent testosterone from converting into dihydrotestosterone, the hormone thought to cause prostrate cells to multiply, leading to an enlarged prostate.

Policosanol - Lowers bad cholesterol that increases during a cycle.

Hawthorn - Helps with high blood pressure and aid in cardiovascular health

Red Yeast Rice - Lowers cholesterol and triglycerides

No bias or anything, but I'm going to have to 100% agree. 1. the anecdotal evidence for Cycle Support + Post Cycle Support + Life Support is over whelming! 2. Much more cost efficient, in my opinion tongue.gif

A very good post by the OP, but as an informed supplement user (and off the record as an Anabolic Innovations Representative) I'm going to have to say - I've run 2 Havoc Cycles... a Prop Cycle (90mg/day)... as one of the Havoc cycles was also stacked with Prop... my use thereof of Cycle Support in all instances 1 week prior and 1 week post PCT along with the usage of Post Cycle Support in my PCT... all CBC blood panels were normal - and I made some fairly good gains & maintained a good 76% (on an estimated average) through the use of diet, smart training and my PCT with minimal adverse effects.

OP - great post nonetheless - as hormonal regulation and physiologically important - the information is outstanding! Thanks!

I was thinking of starting a cycle...using either Phera-Mass or Havoc. This is my first time trying this stuff so, I wanted to know which one is better (i.e. gains vs. side effects).

As for PCT, I was thinking of using this http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=4381 as PCT and also during the cycle. Any advice?

I am 26, 10% BF, been working out for 5 years.

Read the pinned posts in this forum section (very top). Search for logs of both compounds (phera plex aka p-plex, etc. Havoc aka epistane aka epi, etc. (google). This will give you more information than most people are probably willing to type in a cycle support thread. smile.gif

First PH Cycle?

I would run a solo Havoc cycle. Havoc (Epitiostanol) is methylated.. so it's hepatoxic. It's also androgenic... so we'll get to all the fun stuff. A simple, yet elegant outline would be as follows - from my readings/research on a first PH stack. You are of age (21+) and claim 5+ years of training... I do not condone the use of PH's or Designer Steroids, but then I would be a hypocrite.

My first PH stack (and I saw great results) was as follows.

Cycle Included;
-Havoc by RPN
-Cycle Support by Anabolic Innovations

Post Cycle Included;
-Toremifene (Yes, *I* recommend a SERM)
-6-oxo Extreme
-Cycle Support
-Lean Xtreme
(I didn't, but you may add Post Cycle Support, too)

Staples run throughout entire cycle;
-Whey Protein, BSN Syntha 6 (Strawberry)
