I am looking for a fat burner........i have done alot of research. Been on many kinds...........the last one i took was zenalean and that seemed to work pretty good. I have a few questions. Obviously everyone wants to cut fat and gain muscle........is there a supplement that i can trust that actually helps with that? Is it ok to stop one fat burner and start another? Is it also true, if you stay on these for long periods of time (over the recomended time) it can stop working? I also take Wellbutrin and i do get nervous about mixing this with a fat burner.

Yes its ok to stop one fat burner and try another.

If you dont have any pre-existing heart related problems, go with an ECA stack.
Its ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin.

However, not sure if wellbutrin is an MAOI. if so, they'll interact negatively.

It does somewhat lose effectiveness over time but the dose can be ramped up.

i am currently looking at lipo 6x, hydroxycut hardcore, and meltdown.
usually i go for bulk powders and stay away from commercial supps but i want to know what everyone thinks about at least these three.
ive never used a fat burner b4.........so whats everyones favorite?

i am concerned about the MAOIs in a few of these any idea what the dosages are? and what sides are involved? i know the sides of large dose MAOIs for depression but i want to hear any first hand exp. anyone has had

Take a look into MHP's Dren product. Its a very powerful fat burner. Unlike Hydroxycut Hardcore, Meltdown and Lipo6x, with Dren the dosage is only 1 capsule per day.

Alot of customers say it feels like taking an ephedra. Its a great product and 1 box will last 30 days.

The best fat burner is a good diet. Seriously, save your money.

If you opt for a stimulant based fatburner, consider stacking it with or even better, cycling it with Applied Nutriceuticals Lipotrophin PM. Approx. $20 gets you 2 months worth if stacked or around 1 months worth if not stacked and dosed high. An often overlooked, amazing formula.

ughhh...i don't like all three of those. a lot of people like Lipo 6, though. i haven't used the new Meltdown, but used the old Meltdown Z-14, and i felt terrible the whole time.

Wellbutrin is gonna have some interactions with stuff like yohimbine, ephedrine, tyramine, so be careful about that.

Cutting fat and gaining muscle is a hard thing to do but if you have a great nutrition protocol, cardio, and exercise regime here are some supplements that will definitely help:

Anabolic Pump - This works by directing carbohydrates to muscle cells and away from fat cells, therefore, you gain muscle and lose fat.

Recreate - A new fat burner that is considered by many to be the best thermogenic out there. It burns fat 23 different ways and contains revolutionary new ingredients.

Please bypass the product pimpers (aka company reps) suggestions. They do not have your best interest in mind. wink.gif

Best fat burner???

DIET

best supp to aid in fat loss?

IMO..... anything which cuts appetite such as hyperdrive. However, muscle loss should be expected while "cutting".

Diet! Cardio helps, but is optional, and can be a great way to accelerate your fat-loss.

I also find that thermogenics really shine when utilized with exercise. IMO, they are pretty much useless to take and sit on the couch.

diet is key no matter what. you are what you eat. so get that in check and then look for the fat burners to help aid the diet process. but to keep as much muscle as possible , up protein intake

You need to face the reality: The is no such thing as a "fat burner" in pill form. Even if there was, they'd probably have banned it from the market by now. So stop wasting your money, all those so-called fat burners out there are just caffeine pills in fancy packaging.

The best you can hope for as far as supplements helping, is an appetite suppressant so you don't screw up any progress you make later on.

The actual fat burning all depends on the individual to make it happen.

Agreed. Diet, cardio, and lifting.

And "fat burners" are a waste of money entirely. They don't work and companies out there that put them out, are just banking on the collective foolishness of the masses to buy into their useless crap.
