I have recently got test back on my blood work and well.. they didnt go to well to say the least... I just got off a cycle of a PH so i know that had a lot to contribute to it.. but my LDL was sky high and my BP was 165/95.. not too too bad but still I work at GNC and i know a lot of good things for both.. I am on Hawthorne and Garlic for my BP As far as Chol goes I am on Phytosterols/CoQ10/pycnogonol/policosonol... what do you guys think is best? Also changed my diet big time.. added in a lot more fiber and keeping the fat a lot lower than normal.. eating salads like crazy.. but i need my protein.. chicken and beef were main choices but now i am scared for my chol levels.. any help is appreciated

first off GNC is for faggot pussy noobs.....i just quit after having worker there a year. actually not that bad of a place to work i dont think herbs do much for blood pressure and yours is high. its most likely from the extra water you are holding. if it doesnt come down tell ur doc and get on an ace inhibiter. (bp med) take tons of fish oil for cholest. its good for a ton of other things. thats really the only supp i take for health other than milk thistle. what PH did u run, and what is your pct?

Gnc isnt for "pussy noobs"... I can see the intelligence level... first off I dont bash people so fuck you for making me sound like a "faggot" for working there/// as for BP and Chol... and you say herbs dont work.. bull shit.. I already dropped my BP score by 25 on my upper and 18 on my lower... and yes i know fish body oild work.. i am on 2 grms of omega 3's a day... I ran epistane and troid.. a tren based PH... my PCT was Post cycle tabs, tribulus, terimifene (serm), and i added ZMA in there... Everything went well for the most part but now i had to cut weight... for BP and Chol.. Next time you plan on helping someone goodskie dont attack the situation like you did mine.. b/c I wont deal with your shit.. it's people like you who make people hate sites like these!

I've used herbs w/ great result for bp issues. Garlic is good for both bp and chol, so that's a good thing to be on. Hawthorn is another good one. Celery seed extract also works well and shows results faster than hawthorn does. I've never tried C-12 peptide but have read about it being the best thing for bp. It can be expensive, but might be worth it if your bp is THAT high. It's better than reaping the myriad ill effects that consistantly elevated bp will bring. Fish and flax oils are always good, too, so stay on the both of them, dosing at different times, though, as they don't absorb properly when used together, from what I once read.
