I've been doing these. I have made great strides in my shoulder flexibility. I don't have to 'strain' to keep the weight centered anymore. But, my fucking calves are still tight, so that makes the actual squat a little harder (to not let weight get on the forefoot). |
The OHS really tests your core strength, ankle,knee,hip, and shoulder flexibility.
