I'm switching up routines for my summer program and I"m going to incorporate some core workouts into the mox again, I took off from them for a while. Can I get everyones opinions on the top 3 core workouts. Thanks Greg

some of my favorites

1. one arm DB exercises (DB bench, DB incline) - at heavier weights you need a lot of core strength to maintain stability
2. DB side bends
3. Roman chair/reverse sit ups
4. Iron Cross


i like to mix it up so i don't get bored and target different areas, just a few ideas

Pullovers, pullups, hyperextensions.

Weighted? Bench, squat, deadlift and rows. Who needs core work?
