 I wouldn't do a PH cycle unless you've been serious about lifting and dieting for a while. I personally got my best gains not on PHs but when I finally got my diet in check, whether it be a lean bulk or a cut. If you're already on top of your game with your diet and training then doing a PH cycle will def speed things up a bit, but don't expect miracles, there's only so much that can be accomplished in a month. If you're looking to take it very easy on your liver I wouldn't stack methyls, however now a days most stuff out there is a methyl stack of some sort. Personally when I was on the Phs I got pretty good gains without stacking ten different compounds. My favorite is Superdrol and its clones ( Mdrol). But since it is your first time you could probably do Havoc and get very good results from it. ArnoldClone has a Havoc log floating around in the forum. First time user I would go that route. Also please have Nolva (tamoxifen citrate) on hand in case you get gyno on cycle (it happens) and enough on hand for Pct as well. OTC anti estrogens aren't going to cut it. I was on an Sdrol cycle and had inhibit E on hand for on cycle and was planning on doing research chem tamoxifen for PCT. I started getting gyno after the first week (itchy nipples that hurt) and the inhibit E didn't do Sh%^ to help. So do yourself a favor and have the right support supps ready. You also need to take Milk Thisle while you're on, and before your on to protect your liver.

 Eat,eat,and eat some more. Get good sleep every night. Train hard consistently and take proven supps that have less sides first. Creatine,Fish Oil,multi-vitamin,Whey,Maltodextrin,and dextrose will help you see some solid strength and muscle gains till you are truely ready for ph's. You need to put on at least twenty more lbs before you even think about ph's. If you plan on doing some ph's (hopefully not till you gain more muscle and have diet in check) Get some pheraphlex or M-drol before they get banned . Also for first ph cycle you should start with something weaker like havoc just to see if ph's or prosteriods are for you. Always keep a serm on hand no matter what and take some 6-oxo or nolvedex, milk thistle, red yeast rice with coq10,nac,and saw palmetto during cycle and everything besides the 6-oxo or nolvedex after cycle. Protect yourself from sides. I am natural but help buddies in the gym with there cycles. I have seen people get great gains with no sides and some get small gains with many sides.
