Your legs are big... if that's your real measurement... your arms would be ok if that was a lean measurement. once you lose the fat though you will have a 44in chest... 17 inch arms and upper 20's legs.. and for 6'2 that's really too thin. at your height you need to be sitting at 260 plus lean to look like a body builder. 30inch quads are ok if you're lean.. your arms would need to be at least 19-20 at your height to look decent and your chest would need to be in the 50's.. unless you're going for a beach bod type build. You need to gain mass... I would concentrate on that.... you need to eat a shit load of clean food and you'll lose the fat as you go. cutting with your current build is the wrong thing to do. do you know anything about real bodybuilding nutrition? because that's whats going to make the diff... diet is EVERYTHING... the most important thing. rest is number two and training is a whole other story. |
