When it comes to healthy fats, how much is too much? I go through about 1/4 jar of natty pb a day, several handfuls of almonds, and olive/fish oil. Can too much be bad for you?

I think you're fine, the only thing i could see is you going over your macros for fat cals. It's all unsaturated so i cant see anything going wrong.

Just monitor your body. Fine if you are bulking.

Cholesterol check is a good indicator
