is there any point in doin them? say im doing 10-15 sets per muscle, how many drops sets should i do?

It's to shock the muscles, there's point in doing them if you've reached plateau. A drop set should really only be done at the end of an exercise and i wouldn't do it until my last exercise per muscle. Also, i wouldn't do them every workout/week. One drop set would be sufficient and you do it till failure.

i havent reached a platue i just wanted to try somthin different... so if im doin ex:
flat BB bench incline DB bench cable cross over
do reg sets untill i get to my last set of cable crossovers or do a drop set on the last set of each exersize?

basically, but doing after each exercise will greatly fatigue you for your next exercise so i'd wait till cross overs.
