its kind of like a partial rep... for bench u do
one set to faliure so say 10, then on ur next set u shoot for ten again and then bring the bar down to the point about 1 inch of ur chest "semi strtch point" and do partial reps from there... the point is trying to keep your muscle in the area where it is the strongest... where the muscle fibers are the most align... and do the x reps until u cant do any more. theres a web site on it
