first thing first, im 5'10 178ish.. was 185 lost about 7-8 pounds just from a clean diet.. im still on a clean diet but im looking to really drop some unwanted fat i have.. im tired of the whole fat burner thing and what not.. im still eating clean and i want to get around 170 but also increase my strength/muscle mass
I did notice when i droped those 7 pounds i increased my weights as well so i was doing something right..
My diet is good.. as far as suppliments go this si what i started taking
befor workout some type of NO product.. no xplode or something and about 4grams of l-glutamine(teaspoon)
after workout I have ON Pro-Complex whey, got it for real cheap at work. so i take 1
big scoop of that with another 4 grams of
glutamine and about 8-10oz of water.. i also take ON
Casein protein befor bed(1 scoop) and another teaspoon of
glutamine..
i have noticed a
big difference as well as people telling me i look leaner.. my bench was around 300 at 185lb and the
other day i did 300x3 so i am increasing strength, my
other weights went up as well
i have tons of
glutamine powder left so thats done..
Im tired of buying all the premade stuff wit hthe extra non needed ingredients.. what im thinking on buying soon is

Arginine Ethyl Ester / ALCAR(yes or no?) /
BCAA/
Citrulline Malate combo - all BulkNutrition powder forms.. what i was wondering is how should i dose this...
I was thinking like 3/4 a scoop of ON Whey 30mins befor workout with a teaspoon of
glutamine.. half a teaspoon each or how much? of
arginine/
tyrosine/
citrulline malate and how ever much
BCAA mixed in
one shake.. then
postworkout maybe add more
arginine/
BCAA to my
glutamine/
protein shake?
i also add
fiber too my
shakes if that matters and im taking
CLA and
anabolic pump... and i do a good amount of cardio
