Glycergrow is just an osmotic amplifier. What this means is that it increases the amount of water in tissue, and mainly the bloodstream. It is hydrophilic so it does not cross the plasma membrane of most cells, but it does cross the intestinal wall without active transport. The effect is that it utilizes most of the fluid you consume, creating a hyper-hydration state. This is good for
endurance athletes and the like.
The only benefit for a bodybuilder or powerlifter is that it increases the osmotic imbalance between the bloodstream and the intestine, so whatever nutrients you consume are more likely to be absorbed across the intestinal wall instead of expelled as shit.
