I currently take a stack of Citrulline Malate, CEE, and AAKG pre workout....would it be beneficial to take these three again post workout in some juice about 15-20 minutes before consuming my PWO shake and oats, or just the CEE?

they could dilate blood vessels for better flow of nutrients but thats about it.
