Just a heads up, the games really realistic now in terms of the physics, specially how the cars drives. I just hit the 15% completion mark, and Im now just starting to really enjoy it. At first I was 50/50 cause I was gettin my ass kicked learning the controls. Can be frustratin but it gets nasty, specially as the missions progress.

I thought the controls would just be the same as in the old games?

At my job they have profit sharing week once a yr. and have Wii games set up on big projected screens. Mugs were playing Guitar Hero and Rock Band during lunch all week. That was pretty sweet.

I just picked this one up last Friday. Hit 15.31% yesterday. Fucked Michelle at least 6 or 7 times. It's easy, take her to where she likes to go and she'll fuck you after your second outting. Try picking up new threads or a different car. Make sure it isn't busted when you get to her house. On my game, she likes food places, not bars or places to play games.

The game also has semi-RPG aspects to it. It keeps track of a ton of tiny details that impact how your character plays. The more you drive, the better you get; the more you fight, the better you get... starting to see a trend? Man, was the learning curve for driving pretty high -- however, I did develop a natural nack for driving, but it actually got "easier" the longer I had been driving around. I tend to pull the trigger half-way until I've gotten up to speed. Flooring it or trying to turn sharp in a beefy car will do what it would do in real life -- spin out. The brakes are definitely your friend in this one.

The viewpoint when driving a large vehicle such as a semi is fucking badass. In prior games, the vehicle took up so much of the screen it was really hard to navigate. Now, navigation is difficult because you're driving a huge, clunky piece of shit that can't accelerate, brake or turn!

As far as getting 6-stars -- yeah, I, too, was driving a bike around, hit some nasty air and landed on a train-railing. Apparently you're not supposed to get on there, as when I hit a tunnel it was instant 6-stars. The game keeps track of how long you live at 6-star -- apparently there's an achievement to unlock if you survive more than 5 minutes at 6-stars. As soon as I located an exit, a tank or something blew me up before I even saw it.

The game is setup to be pretty ridiculous if you have more than 2 stars. Later in the game you're supposed to get a lawyer that you can call to reduce your wanted level. Heh, one mission had me call a cop to my vicinity so that I could steal his ride to use the cop's computer!

There is a level of realism to this game that kinna creeps me out at times. You hit someone with a bat, they'll collapse to the ground, scream in anguish and beg for their life. Shoot an old lady in the leg... man. Getting people to fight each other is easy, getting people to walk out into traffic is a little more challenging.

And it's gotten to the point with the sexual enuendo, that they might as well come out and show everything. Strippers look mostly real, wearing g-strings and electrical tape in the shape of X's over their nipples. They also moan and say some pretty ridiculous shit. $50 lapdances is outrageous, however.

Let's see... what else can I say about this game?... oh right, the 10/10 scores? It earned every fuckin' point. This will be Game of the Year, I assure you.
