I am fucking sick and tired of being a nuclear medicine technologist. The regulations are fucking absurd. I get bombarded by radiation everyday. I love people, but, im tired of sliding immobile people on and off my imaging camera and hurting my fucking back. For what? decent money?

Money don't mean shit. I get Fri, sat and sundays off. I have full paid medical insurance, 3 weeks vac a year plus 9 floater days (personal vac days). make good money......and hate waking up every morning to go do what I do. I'm looking into other fields of work

I am in my 3rd year of college and agree it is a huge scam, I am going the business route and most of my teachers tell me, "you are going to have to teach yourself most of this class", WTF why the hell am I in school if I have to teach myself, if I wanted to do that then I would just buy the books I needed read them and call it good. The only catch is if you play there stupid little game you get a piece of paper at the end that says bachelors degree in Business Admin. And then you are off to get a job that 800 other quilified people with the same degree are after.

I agree college is a scam as well. I went to school for biochemistry only to realize I don't want to do anything with it. I've been applying to local police agencies around the area. I'd make significantly less doing it, but after my first three ride-alongs I can't see any other job making me as excited to wake up for.
