Goodskie, ice skating is probably the best way to build legs IMO.

Ever see that olympic medalist "yoko ono" or sum10 like that, the young kid? Check out his legs. they look too big for his body. all from ice skating

ya it has to be to some extent. i work my legs like a bitch but i do my upper too. legs are about as big as i want them. upper isnt even close.

skating for 13 years has to add size. i dunno tho some of my friends that i played with have small legs.....they dont do squats tho

I am 5'11"
My legs are 27in. Not pumped, but flexed.
My arms are 17 1/4in. flexed, but not pumped.

Now remember Arnold Scherzangger only had 28in thighs at his heaviest and he was 6'2"

I think Ronnie has 34" thighs and he is 5'11" I would call that monstrous.

On roids, I was a 19" arm & 29" leg. I measured mine at the very top where the leg meets the torso right next to the ball area.

This might sound crazy but I read Dorian Yates' interview in the latest flex (even though I'm not a fan of Dorian, he ruined bodybuilding) that his legs started developing better after getting rid of squats. I think I'm going to stop squatting. My hams overpower my legs. I can romanian deadlift more than my squat. Everytime I squat my hams are sore but not my quads. So I think this will be my new leg split in hopes of growing a quad muscle or two:

LEG PRESS
Barbell HackSquat
Romanian Deadlift
leg ext
leg curl
calf raises
seated calf raises

Hoperfully this will work

i think u should still squat, look at your form


everytime i squat my entire leg is sore, inlcuding glutes

my quads grew much better when i started hitting leg presses over squats... but my hamstrings suffered

either way my back is trashed and i can't squat, so it's all isolation lifts for me
