I've just started my cycle of RAGE RV4 (25mg M-1 4ADD/AF...10mg Tren....8mg Epi)

My starting weight is 185.....

i have a rough idea of my stats......Bench 205 (8,6,4) Straight bar curl 100 (8,6,4) Lat Pulldowns 180 (10,8,6) Dead Lifts 255 (5,5,5)

Today was back day. (Forgot my damn book at the gym so i'm trying to remember my lifts!)

Started off with Lat P.D's...180 10,10,8
Cable Rows...165 for 10....180 for 10.....210 for about 4
Rows in the corner....my heaviest was 4 plates for 8 i believe......Just to name a few Exersise's

I can't comment on energy due to the fact that i tried a sample pack of N.O. Shotgun after not taking any NO products for a week....lol i was tweakin a little bit but i held it together.

My weight was a little low today the scale at the gym said i was 183, but alot of people think the scale is off by a few pounds so who knows.

So today was Chest and Triceps....

Focus and drive felt good today, started off with incline dumbell presses, my previous max was 95's for 8 i believe, today i warmed up with the 80's then went straight for the 100's (my heaviest) and banged out 8,5 (very happy with that)

Everything was fairly normal, incline flyed the 40's (normal)

Flat bench flyed the 45's (normal) although they did seem slightly easier, (placebo i'm sure lol)

Dips were completely normal (i'm very aware of any changes in ease when it comes to dips.....got 20,15,15 (very normal)

Got a really good pump, arms looked more jacked than normal (could have been the second sample pack of NO Shotgun though)

So far all is pretty normal, i have no more Shotgun so i should have a better idea tomorrow about the pumps and energy.

No sides or anything (still early of course)

More tomorrow...! blink.gif

Day 3


Today was Biceps and Abs....

Weight=185

Could NOT wait to get to the gym today!

Lifts were good, started off with some EZ bar curls 100lbs for 8,6,4
Preacher curls 40 (10,10,10)
Leg Raises (15,12,10)
Seated D.B. Curls 40lbs for 6 (each arm) then 35 (6,6)......To name a few!

All was fairly normal as far as weight, but the pumps were great, felt like my arms were gonna explode, high energy.

Got a couple minor pimples/red marks on my left shoulder, nothing major.

If i'm leaving anything out, remind me......i'll be sure to add it to my next post!

DAY 4



Weight 185 ( i need to buy a digital scale the effin gym scale is way off)

Today was Legs/Forearms/Shoulder touch up and Cardio

Stamina was very good today, did'nt really need any break between each exersise.

Started off with some quad raises, 62.5 lbs (one leg at a time) 10x3

Calf raises- 175 for 12x3

Shoulder presses (dumbell) - 75's for 10,6,6

Forward D.B. raises 30's-8,6....25's for 8
......To Name a Few! (strength was pretty much normal)

Mood has been the same, besides feeling slightly more excited to get to the gym!

Got a pimple on left shoulder (same one) No big deal.....that's all as far as any sides!

Pumps seem to be kicking in....my calves got really pumped today, more than usual.

Going to get a digital scale tomorrow, for more detailed weight tracking!

More tomorrow......let me know if i'm leaving anything out that you want to know about!

DAY 5


Saturday - Just Abs and a back touch up!

Weight-(unavailable until i get an acurate scale today)

Energy was good, nothing out of the ordinary!

Pumps again are more intense than usual.

Strength- I can't really say, because i went light today so i could really target my back!

Mood- Normal, maybe sliiiightly more edgy, no big deal yet.

Appetite- Normal

Sides- Nothing but a pimple on left shoulder witch is going away!

WEIGHT UPDATE!



Well i just picked up a new digital scale, and weighed myself in my boxers, as uposed to sweatpants, shirt and sneakers at the gym, and wow....the gym scale is deffinetly off......i weigh 175 even in my boxers!

So there we have it....current weight = 175 mad.gif

DAY 6



Today is Sunday, but i could NOT pass up the gym today. I figured i would get Chest out of the way since i know tomorrow i will not be able to get on any benches tomorrow.

Felt excellent today, started with some incline d.b. presses 85's for 10, 90's for 8 and 95's for 4 (did'nt have a spot today so i could'nt bother with the 100's)

Incline barbell- warmed up with 135 for 10, then 185 for 6,4

Incline Flies- 40's for 12,10,10

Decline barbell press- 135 for 10 then 205 for 6,6

Flat press machine- 210 for 10 then 255 (whole rack) for 4,4

Flat flies- 40's for 10x3 (chest is tired by now)

Decline flies- 30's for 10x3

Cable crunches- 150 for 30,15,15

Strength- Felt like its kicking in today (especially on my incline barbell presses for some reason)

Energy- High

Mood- In a pretty peaceful mood today

Appetite- Normal

Sides- none

Pumps- Still very good

DAY 7



Weight = 177

Today was Arms. (One of my better workouts)

Strength- I can feel the strength factor starting to do its thing, my usual weight seemed slightly lighter today.

Energy- High

Stamina- Higher than normal, usually on a 5 minute run i need a short break at about 3 minutes (my cardio is low) but today i ran 5 straight without a problem, would have went longer but my ride showed up.

Pumps- Retarded, arms felt like they were gonna tear open.

Mood- Impatient lol

Sides- None as of yet.

Appetite- Normal

Day 14



Weight = 178.5

Today was chest and abs.

Strength is up...

Incline Barbell Press...warmed up with 135, then 185 for 8 reps, and 205 for 4 reps.

Decline Barbell press...205 for 12,8....then 225 for 5 reps.

incline flies....45's for 10.....then 50's for 10,8

to name a few......

Mood = Pretty much normal.

Energy = High

Sides = Shoulder and upper arm acne, nothing too serious.

Appetite = Normal

Took a little longer to kick in than i was hoping, might get another bottle and up it to 3 caps a day and at another week or 2, making it a 5 or 6 week cycle.

DAY 15


Weight = 174 (i don't know what the F*CK is going on)


Today was arms...

Straight bar curls 90lb 10,8,6

Tricep pushdowns (with rope) 50lb 10x3

Dips - 20,15,10

Across body hammer curls 30lb for 10 then 40lb for 8,6 (per arm)

to name a few.

Stength = A little better nothing major.

Energy - High

Sides - Some back/shoulder acne nothing to serious.

Appetite - Normal

Mood- I was in a good mood pretty much all day today (other than my fu{kin weight not going up)

Pumps - Sick
