Any problems with taking
protein with, or near the same time as
Storm EFV
creatine? I've noticed that alot of supplements state they should be taken before a workout, or after a workout, or before bed, etc...but also state not to take with anything else, or on an empty stomach. How can I get my
protein in, and my
creatine in, etc. if they are contradicting each
other or blocking each others uptake?
