STATS :

21 Years old 5'10 175lbs

training : 1.5 years seriously

Goals : pack on some more muscle and harden up for summer!

Diet : I eat alot and many diff foods and will log what I eat as I go!

Training: monday - chest
tuesday- back
wednesday- Legs/abs
thursday- Shoulders/traps
friday- arms

Cardio is usually 2-3 days aweek 15-35 min tread mill or running in park, I work a physical job also.

Previous supps: - Purple K, ZEUS, SHUT-EYE, FUBAR, NO shotgun, purple wraath, green bulge, SizeON, monohydrate, whey, Animal Pak, Animal stak 2, Horse power...proly a few more also..

Current supps since November- Whey, monohydrate! ( I tested ShUT-EYE and FUBAR awhile ago also)

HOW THIS WILL BE RUN

Day 1 - 30 : 11oxo 6 caps aday ( that simple)

day 30 - 35: 6 oxo extreme 10 caps aday , Activate Xtreme 4 caps aday.

day 35 - 40: 6oxo Extreme 5 caps aday, Activate Xtreme 4 caps aday.

day 40 - 60: 6 oxo 3 caps aday, Activate Xtreme 4 caps aday.

No im not running that much PCT cus im scared of the sides of 11 oxo but its more a 2 month cycle for gains!

Other supps will be Creatine monohydraye, Whey, Multi

You'll have some major acne bro and you gains will be minimal. I would suggest the RPM/Drive stack of RPM/IGF-2. Both are great combos and you won't have the breaks outs.

I know what to expect and not to worried if I do break out..never rhad bad acne in my life but not scared of it lol.. thanks for the suggestions tho!

5 days in a row of weight training plus cardio might be approaching overtraining. make sure you're getting a ton of sleep and do pretty much nothing on your days off.

I balrey do cardio .. I burn enough cals at work.. eat tones train for an hour in the evenings 1 group aday then sleep 7-8 hours NEVER less.. and sleep 10 hours about on off days!

As for the 11oxo it will be run by its self then 6oxo/activate will be used after the 30 days of 11oxo.

they say lower then 6 caps aday then no you dont.. if 6-8 aday then 6oxo is recommended.

DAY 1

dosing 2 caps 6 50am. 2 caps 1pm, 2 caps 545pm.

DIET Breakfast 7am - So I slept threw my alarm today an was in a mad rush this morning weekly took 2 caps 11 oxo, protein shake with 2% milk, a vector cereal bar and toast with PB and ate it in the car to work LOL.

BREAK 9:45am - Ate a huge homemade beef burrito, orange and a apple.

LUNCH 1pm - 2 caps 11oxo, homemade beef chilly with rice and veggies with a whole wheat bun and another orange.

5:15pm ( right after work) - apple

PRE WORKOUT 5:45pm- 2 caps 11oxo, protein shake, peanutbutter on wholewheat.

DINNER 7 30pm - pasta with homemade sauce with beef chunks and veggies.

not sure what ill have pre bed tonight im stuffed from dinner maybe just some cottage cheese. Also Im using peanutbutter for when I take my 11 oxo as fats is reccommended to take with each dose.

LEG/AB WORKOUT!!!

Todays workout I didnt push anything to hard I was by my self and just recovered from a terrible cold.. I should be full force tomorrow cus I felt great today!

Was a little short workout I was pretty tired hard ass day at work got super tired and pissed off at work and found my Ipod broken in the bottom of the washer machine lol.. But felt good to get some liftin in!


PLACEBO?

So im pretty sure theres no way Id feel it after the first dose.. but a couple hours after my first dose this morning i felt kinda tingly but like on the inside.. super stragne feeling I figured it was placebo... but thought Id still log cus it wasnt a normal feeling!!

DAY 2

DIET/DOSING

6 45am - 2caps- So its offical my cell alarm is busted same thing this morning woke up super late breakfast was the same protein shake, cereal bar, toast with PB and 11oxo.

9 45am - Another homemade burrito soooo good and full of beef.

Damn just slept amazingly for 9 hours.. Been having som pretty crazy dreams, wake up maybe once or twice but instanly fall back asleep. haven't slept that good since taking SHUT-EYE... Overall mood last couple days seems to be higher then normal also. Still to early to tell much from the 11 oxo. But thought Id write this down.

Its saturday which means no gym! Proly go get some tennis in its a nice day out there!

HEres saturdays.

DAY 4 \

OFF DAY /DIET

Was up late lastnight hanging out with the ex GF whos back in town so started late today.

11am - 2 11oxo/ 4 eggs/ PB on toast

12pm - Protein shake

2pm - 2 11oxo and q nice bird breast on the BBQ!

4: 30pm ( pre football/tennis games ) - pasta with beef!

6 45pm Wish I had a scale cus I ate a massive steak tonight! half a plate then potato salad and green salad.

not sure what ill eat later this evening!

WHAT IM FEELING SO FAR!

My god my appetite is through the roof I cant stop eating!! I love it.. starting to feel more with the tingles also seems like my energy levels are really on the rise starting 20 min after morning dose..couldnt just sit around had a busy day helping a friends dad drywall for a couple hours then played some football and alot of tennis and im sitting here ready to do something else active maybe a evening run come home and eat!

Also my muscles are starting to feel tighter but no noticeable changes yet.. I got some fat around my lower abs which is my main goal to get rid of! Im really looking forward to liftin this week hoping to get some good PRs in!

Also I told Anabolic innovations I would add 5 days of STOKED to get my cycle going awhile back and they said it was a good idea and they would like a little 5 day log with it

wow last few months has been a lot of supps and logs! went 5 months without supps all winter and had great gains so I know that diet and training is key but im also glad to be doing these logs for my self and also for other people who are interested!

And yesterdays

DAY 5

OFF DAY!!!

Great off day today!

10am - 2 caps 11oxo, 2 hard bolid eggs and potato salad.

12pm- some mixed nuts

1pm - toast with PB/ protein shake with fruit.

2pm - 2 caps 11oxo, more potato salad ( homemade withlots of veggies in the mix!)

4pm- a big leftover steak from last night.

then at 7pm - 2 11oxo, were having a roast with im guessing salad and steamed veggies.


Other then that had a lazy relaxing day. Played some Call of duty been lurking the boards all day. Going for some tennis after dinner. My mood seems to be pretty good..energry levels are hard to judge cus I havnt done much ..its been awhile since I did nothing all day.

Im really looking forward to this following week with lifting and the STOKED added to the mix!

so i been wrong about m weight shoudla posted my weight when I started.. It says 175 which i was for awhile but I was 170 at the start of last week..weighted in today at 173.

DAY 6


DIET

7am - 2 caps 11oxo, 2 caps STOKED, 4 hard boiled eggs, toast with PB, glass of milk.

9 45am - 2 roast beef sandwiches and an orange.

1pm- 2 caps 11 oxo, roast beef , the last of the potatoe salad , orange.

4 30pm - 2 caps STOKED

5 30pm -2 caps 11oxo, PB samdwhich, 3 glasses of milk

7 30pm- (post workout) - fresh salmon, cesar salad, wild rice, creamed corn.

I ran out of protein so been guzzling milk... I have no money till thursday right now cus I put all of it on my credit card (300 bucks) and for some messed up reason its being held and I cant touch it!!! im going to figure everything out tomorrow cus this sucks!! Post bed Ill proly snack on some fish and drink milk...

HOW I FELT TODAY

During the day today I felt normal..energy seems to be going up and down through out the day which is new..Still waiting to feel anything where I go " ok now im feeling the 11oxo!!!" .. Day at work did fly by tho!.

Getting ready for the gym I was less fatigued from work then normal but then found out about my credit card which put in me in a terrible mood and through me off my game in the gym..working out stressed out sucks but I did my best.. weight was the same 173lbs..Diet wasnt all there today going to make sure its better for tomorrow.

Sleep is something that I really have noticed that is improved ALOT over the last week tho ..which is super important.

overall rating for today 6/10 due to money stress

FEELINGS!!
{size=+4] WOW....[/size] My god unreal today..last night I slept like a baby once again woke up feeling pretty good. Didnt feel much other then instead of my energy levels going up and down it felt more steady up today worked so hard today that I get a free lunch from the boss tomorrow and the word is im getting a raise soon .

After taking my 4pm STOKED and got off work at 5 15 im usually tired and kinda drag my self aournd the house then to the gym after working 9 hours.. not today I was PUMPED and I mean PUMPED...like I cant even explain it ..never felt it from any caffiene, NO booster..or anything!!..

I THINK ITS WORKING!!

My weight is solid 173 still..but i only see it going up the way im eating.. my roommate even was like "wow im impressed on what you ate today haha"

DAY 13

DIET

6 50am 2 caps 11oxo, 2 glasses milk, 2 PB an toast 3 eggs

8pm - 2 homemade egg Mc muffins on whole wheat buns with turkey bacon.

(also after the gym today I finally got somemore protein powder since I been paid so Ill be havin a shake before bed)

CHEST

Man it was a tough one today I been in soooo much pain with this sumburn..worse one Ive ever had... shoulda had some block on on sunday.. oh well was a short but sweet lift

FEELINGS

Well im feeling pretty alpha male..and I find my self wanting to be angy more but im pretty good at turning it into humor .. I almost snap alot at work when something goes wrong but I keep my lets cool haha. SLeep is still AMAZING my god I love it.. and today I dunno if it was just cus it was monday and I didnt get as much sleep as I wanted due to a phone call last night but I my energy levels were raising and falling again..I dunno if anyone else noticed this.. I kinda feel my body coming tighter as well but still not a remarkable notice .. my upper body is looking bigger then ever tho and im seeing some improvment in my arms.
