| cutting would be a good idea at this point. Constructive wise id say add a lil more to your bi's and shoulders, core looks thick and stronger though. |

my shoulders are so hard to grow b/c of past injuries...im afraid if i start cutting though that i'll go a step forward and a step back ....im thinking of starting the cut once im done w/ school b/c around graduation time will be hella drinking next weekend and the week of my graduation. Also i just want to cut a tad bit bc i just want to get bigger |

| As long as you keep your protein intake high you should be fine. I would also try using a shit load of BCAA's daily to retain as much mass as possible. Running a ph would be easier, but it's definitely not the safest route |

| ive been planning on cutting in the middle of june sometime....wanna get mass in my abs so i can see them a little better this time when i cut....but i don't want to cut all the way down to where time ripped b/c i still want to add more mass especially in my shoulders... |

| i'd prob start to to cut... your def lookin thick, and have added some good size... but you've got some work cut out for you to get the abs poppin and i'd be careful with PH's to judging from your hairline in the mirror |

| Going with Leviathan isn't a bad idea. I used it last fall and it was one of the few fat burners that I think I have used that made a difference. Stuff makes you sweat like a pig in the gym. |

| I wouldn't cut. You'd look like bomber if you did. Just do a recomp. You need some thickness. I don't think you deadlift, rack pull, push press, heavy BB shrug enough to build some thick mass. |

| my deadlift is weak 335x 2 with good form i pulled 365 one time but it was real shitty form.. military press and pushpress i have trouble b/c of shoulder injurys but i do them anyways with caution...i did rack deads the other day for like the 2nd or 3rd time ever i like them good change from dead lift |

I like to switch it up every week. Rack deads let you get used to the bigger weight for when your trying to up it on regular deads. |
