im about to start a cut to lose a bit of love handle and stomach fat cause i stored it all my life and now, im done with it. i want to mainly drop my bf form over 20% to around 15%. im 18, 5'9'' and weight around 195 varying from day to day. ive read alot of info on different diet and the
one that came up to me the most is the anabolic/metabolic diet by dr. di pasquale or the traditionnal P/F/C-> 50%/35%/15%. wich
one is the best? i know im able to change all my lifestyle for the anabolic diet, but im concerned about the efficacity of this diet. im a football player and train hard in the gym to make sure im ready for next season and i dont want to lose the current
intensity and muscle gain i made even if in the cut ill lose sum.
