yeah when i first had it it was just little bites went away for like 2 weeks then out of nowhere it came back and i have a big nasty boil with a 2 foot long red vain starting from the beginning of my forearm to near my chest.

i got the ok from the doc to work out today but with long sleeves.....but i went full force and couldn't handle it i felt as if it was my first day ever in a gym.....my lifts were down i felt my endurance was lacking and doing cardio for 45 minutes on 3.3 speed with only a 4.0 incline proved a challenge for me. O well hopefully ill get back to my old self soon.

Hmm, sounds like what I got a while back on my knee. Kept me from doing squats for the longest time, even after it healed up. Didn't get it from the gym though. County lockup is also a common place for this I guess. tongue.gif

Looks kinda like a spider bite, right? A really bad spider bite. Nasty open sore with... well, I won't describe it any more. Let's just say I had a quarter sized hole in my knee, and could almost see the knee cap it was so deep.

LIFT. SOMETHING. HEAVY.

Eat eat lift eat eat rest eat. Grow. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Eat less, move more!
