those are my two stubborn areas, my lats grew pretty well just from diet and also having waay more intense back workouts.

gonna pound the chest and delts hard this week!

Nice Op, you have made some good improvements particularly in your back. Your biceps genetics piss me off, haha. tongue.gif

Definitely keep pounding your chest hard, especially upper chest. You are looking decently lean too, which should put you at a good point to begin your precontest prep. Keep it lean till then though.

Yeah I'll definitely pound the chest and shoulders hard, still neeed to make my back a bit thicker and wider before contest prep.

First my diet still needs some adjusting, gotta jack up my calories to around 4500 for a couple weeks to fuel some serious growth before hitting contest prep.

haha, im getting tired of having asian things around the house, although having a japanese style home doesnt seem like a bad idea.


If you look at the Tv its an asian tv show lol
I'm 17, but I'm really looking forward to the show in september. itll be my first real entry into the bodybuilding lifestyle.

ya i know. If i do legs then im to sore to keep up on a run, then they just make you run twice a day. And that just eats up the hard earned muscle. I do legs on friday but i would like to hit them twice a week.

Usually jerking makes my arms bigger, gotta switch hit or else my right arm starts to get bigger than the left...but then using my left feels awkward. laugh.gif
