ya i know. If i do legs then im to sore to keep up on a run, then they just make you run twice a day. And that just eats up the hard earned muscle. I do legs on friday but i would like to hit them twice a week.

work the upper chest. Do inclines and flys and you should see some improvement. Over all you are looking real good. You guys with natural bi's piss me off.
