 Ok, when i started the cut i had no abs showing at all... All BELLY. Unfortunatly i have not had a camera or cable to work with so i have nothing to compare to. Should i keep the cut? I want to go more but i dont want to sacrifice to much. Last yr. 5'10 155 lbs 10% Pic stats 5'10 180 you decide the BF

 Yeah if i were to guess i would say 15-16%. That's still pretty lean to most folks. 10-12 is typically 6 ab outline, vascularity in arms, etc. 6-8 is defined 6 pack, vascularity in arms, well defined chest, etc. 4-6 is very defined 6 pack vascularity in upper chest, possibly in abs, quads, especially in forearms. etc. Looks like you have made some great progress. If i were you i might consider going on a lean bulk and throw cardio and little rest time between sets to gradually increase mass while reducing some BF%. It's more of what you eat at that point than anything else. Looking good man, keep it up.
