I just got the bulk CEE in the mail and tried it for the first time, oh my god this tastes like rat poision lol. I mixed it with tea and sweeteners and was still horrible. How do you guys mix this?

Oh yea, and is it okay to mix CEE with a protein shake?

Blend with Lemon flavored Crystal light.

shoot it. mix it in like 1 ounce of water, shoot, and chase. best way i've found.

best thing to do is to throw it in the garbage and buy cm

I agree the taste is God awful! But all i do is mix it with half a cup of water and man up and down that shit. It seems like the more u take it the more u get use to the taste a lil bit, at least that's how it is for me. But either way it's going to taste bad.

just get crystal light.


youll get a slight taste of the CEE but no where near as horrible as it is.


Next time, get monohydrate. so much easier to take.

it mixes in crystal light or any other flavored powder..you just have to crunch it up cause it comes as like crack rocks and they need to be crunched down into powder

Mine arrived like pure cocaine, no crack rocks. Anyways, do I need to drink alot of water when on CEE?
