Can someone please recommend an excellent post-workout recovery/whey drink? I currently use Myogenix Aftershock (orange flavor) and would love something like that, but without the creatine. Thanks.

I just use waxy maize and then 15 minutes later take my ON whey. Works great for me.

I take 2 scoops of whey mixed with 3/4 cup of Malto. That gives me about 75 grams of carbs and 52 grams of protien after. Seems to work well for me.

If It Isn't Going To Make You Bigger Or Richer You Don't Need To Do It!

how come every gym rat who works-out for 20-25 minutes thinks he needs to down 100 grams of sugar post w/o?

I do have a waist and it measures at 32 inches!

Why am I over doing it? What works well for one persons body might not work as well for another. This works fine for me, so for me this is not overkill. I've made great gains doing this.
