I plan on taking a new stack of some supps...nothing major...just looking to
lean out a bit and increase some strength..thinking on going with...

Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl (powder BN brand)

ZMA BN

BCAA powder, taken during lift), and a multi)
questions...
how many grams of each (
arginine,
creatine, citrulline) should i put in a
pre workout shake....
- should it be takn on an empty stomache?
- should i take it 30 minutes prior to lifting like most
pre workout supplements?
- I chose
cee because i read that it takes less days to load and you dont get bloating or as much water retension...is this accurate?
- would it be beneficial to put more
cee and
arginine in my post workout shake?
Question about the
ZMA....
before i got to bed i take a
protein shake with 2 tbsp of natty pb....would I want to take the
ZMA before or after that, and how much time, so that they dont clash with each
other..
so for the long post....I went searching around and found answers for this stuff if i took it alone but not all together, thats with all the questions...
