| First of all, thanks goes out to Vituran and the folks at AN for allowing me to run this log! Thanks! Current stats: BF------------ 14%-16% weight ---------195lbs waist (at navel) -34" Bench 1RM-------315 DL max--------375 mil press----185 Squat----405 Log details: I am hoping to cut down some bodyfat with the RPM/Neovar stack. Standard meal/supplement dosing: AM: Egg white, oats w/ raisins, and glass of skim milk Multi 4 neovar snack: protein shake lunch: chicken or some sort of lean meat and veggie pre-workout: 3-4 RPM post workout: 4 neovar protein shake with 1 cup oats dinner: chicken or some sort of lean meat and veggies or rice My workout Monday: Chest Day - Bench Incline Bench Incline Flyes Cable Crossovers Dips Tuesday: Leg Day - Squats Barbell Lunges Extensions Curls Calf Raises Wednesday: Shoulder/Trap Day - Military Press Lateral Raises Front Raises Rear Delts Upright Rows Shrugs Thursday: Back Day - Deadlifts Pull-ups Lat Pulls Seated Row Back Extensions Friday: Arm Day - Close Grip Bench Skull Crushers Tricep Pushdowns Standing Curls Hammer Curls Preacher Curls Every workout day will be followed by cardio of some sort. Either 30-45 mins of eliptical or treadmill or HIIT (weather permitting). Personal background: I started working out 5 years ago for baseball. I got bigger and stronger, but never realized how important cardio and diet were. I workout in the evening after work. Also, I coach a youth baseball team and play softball, so I may miss some workouts, but they can be made up on the weekend. I am open to any suggestions to help meet my goal of 10% bf and maintaining the muscle I already have. I will answer any questions regarding the RPM/Neovar stack and its effects or anything else. | Looking forward to your log man! One thing to keep in mind... your morning and post-workout Neovar doses.... have them at least 10 minutes before eating... preferably 15. Also, please add in 1 capsule of Neovar with your pre-workout RPM dosing (on an empty stomach). |

I took my RPM and began to feel the energy on my way to the gym. It had me feelin like the shit...ha. I get in the gym and start my workout, but feel weak. At the same time, after the first exercise, my whole upper body especially my chest felt swollen and huge. I had an excellent cardio session as well. Feelin good so far though. Thanks vitruvian! I will make sure I get them in 15 minutes before eating and also add the 1 in pre-workout. |

Dosage: 4 Neovar 15 mins before breakfast 3 caps 45 minutes pre-workout 4 Neovar 15 minutes post-workout Workout: Shoulders/Traps + Cardio Military Press: 135x10 145x8, 155x6, 155x6 Lateral Raises: 40x8, 45x8, 45x6 Front Raises: 40x8, 40x8, 45x6 Upright Row: 95x8, 105x8, 105x8 Rear Lat Machine: 80x10, 80x10, 80x10 Barbell Shrugs: 225x10, 275x10, 315x8, 315x6, 225x10 Didn't have time for cardio due to coaching. Overview: So far, no extremely noticable effects from the Neovar. My muscles do seem somewhat harder, but could all be mental. The RPM has given me a great "clean" energy though. |

Overview: Extremely good workout today. I found out that I should take RPM 30 minutes prior b/c that's when it hits me fully. Overview: Overall...great! I haven't done deadlifts in a while, but still had the same strength. Amazing pumps in my back and kept the pump throughtout the night! DAY 5 Arm Day!! Overview: Vascularity in my arms were crazy today!! I've never been able to see that vein in my bicep, but today it was fckin crazy!! I'm likin this Neovar!! RPM at 3 is ok, but I read in someone else's log that they added caffeine, so I added a caffeine and feelin right! Got through my workout with energy to spare! |

Dosage: 2 Neovar 15 mins before breakfast 1 caps RPM 2 Neovar 15 minutes pre-dinner Overview: Been feeling a little sick w/ the weather changing, but trying to eat right over the weekend. It's kind of hard when their are cookouts and my wife wants to make cookies and brownies and other sweet shit. Oh well, doing my best. The vascularity is still pretty intense even on off days. |

| DAY 11 Overview: Didn't make it to the gym due to coaching duties. Off topic...coaching young kids is definitely a test in patience. It's extremely frustrating to see kids get down on themselves when they really do play hard. Our team is very inexperienced and not doing well in the W-L category, but I'm having a blast doing this. Hopefully the W-L will turn around soon. | Whew...I need to get caught up. Been busy with a lot of things, still killin the gym though!! DAY 15 Missed Workout due to coaching...BTW, we almost won our first game! Kinda excited for that! We only lost by 2 runs, but played awesome and hit the hell outta the ball. If it wasn't for costly fielding mistakes like over-throws in one inning, we would have won by 5 runs! Oh well...it is progress though! I told the kids if they win one of the next 5 games, they can shave a mohawk in my hair...if it does happen, I'll have to get some pics on here. | Good luck on those upcoming games man! Sounds like you enjoy coaching! Is your pre-workout RPM always on an empty stomach? If not, try to get it that way as close as possible at least. You could try adding in 1 Neovar to see if it increases the intensity as well. |

We had bbq festival to go to all weekend!! Cold beer and great food! It was like a huge tailgate party, but with a lot better food! It was fckin awesome...I didn't cheat too bad. A few too many cold beers, but a welcome break from reality for a weekend! |

No baseball this weekend! It picks back up this week...we have 3 games and hope to pick at least 1 up. I do enjoy coaching as baseball was a huge part of the majority of my life. I have been taking them on an empty stomach with 1 Neovar. Friday, I added half a tab of caffeine and that seemed to elevate the effects. It was great! |
