I am reposting a request for a critique on my fat loss stack becuase I made some adjustments based on some feedback from this board (thanks). Can anyone please provide their input/critique of the below stack I intend to start on Monday (for the next 8 weeks)? My goal is to cut 10lbs in that time period. I am currently 6'2", 215lbs and about 12-13% bodyfat. Will be lifting 3x week, cycling 5xweek and playing lacrosse 1x week. My diet will be in order as of Monday. Thanks.

Fatburner: ECA stack (25mg 3x day, 5 days a week)

Fatmobilizers: Naplam - topical yohimbine hcl and sesamin (3 squirts 2x day, 5 days a week)

Cortisol Blocker: Lean Xtreme (1 cap 3x day, 5 days a week)

Others: multivitamin, whey, ZMK, Xtend and green tea

1. Can anyone offer input on whether Lean Xtreme is effective and whether it is a prohormone?

2. Please let me know if you think any of these could be eliminated or are dangerous in combination with one another. I would like to design a stack that did not alter my mood/temper while on it.

3. Assuming my body will build resistance to the ephedrine about 4 weeks out, should I add something like Reset AD to boost up my sensitivity to the stims (assuming that product works)?

I really appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks for the information on the Benadryl. I will add that every third week for that full week and see if that helps.

Any idea if Lean Xtreme has any moodiness/anxiety sides? Also, does Lean Xtreme require any sort of PCT? I have seen posts where people seem to use it for PCT, while other seem to suggest you need a PCT for the product itself.

Thanks.

lean xtreme is a cortisol blocker, and a great addition to your cutting stack.... Stims like ephedrine increase cortisol which will break down muscle and make it more difficult to lose fat

using lean xtreme should really benefit you while cutting... no it's not a PH and no PCT is needed, you may wan't to taper it when you come off though to avoid any potential rebound
