I know ideally while performing seated Military presses your seat should be at a 90 degree angle. ( L shape)

Would inclining the seat back to a 70 degree angle still be a full blown deltoid workout?

I know military press does recruit some pec activity, but do you think at that slight incline its still more or less all good?

(inserting image of protractor for reference)

that'd be like an incline chest press, wouldnt it? Any reason why you want to change the angle

actually yes. The piece of shit bench i have has these gawky protruding bar catchers that i pretty much bang into each time i raise and lower.

When i incline it slightly, i dont seem to bang into em with the bar.

not to mention i can throw up more weight.

incline would be further back, probably at a 40-50 degree incline.

The further away from 90 degrees you are, the more involvement of the Pec Minor there will be.

i do it at that angle sometimes. The benches i use can also ant the part where u put ur ass, so i angle that up high to so im fastened in.

No, maybe I can't win. Maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he's got. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that. I don't know.
