All my carbs come from brown rice, yams and rye bread (most from brown rice)

All my Protein comes from Egg whites, chicken, lean beef, turkey and tuna

All my fats come from the fats in the meets, EFA's and Sesamine oil

My last contest was in september and I have been on this bulk sence then it has worked for me. I will be cutting soon because I am going to do another show at the end of June and wanted to give you guys a sample of my diet. I am a 22 year old 6'5 240lb Endomorph

I have the waxy maize seconds after my last set and then one hour to a hour in a half later I have 45g of brown rice...It has worked for me because I am carb sensitive...I prob could get away with alittle more waxy maize though
