| Flax/Fish Oil before bed to slow down digestion. Other than that, you can't really "change" your metabolism. Just have to compensate. And when people say they're "eating a lot already", they're bullshitting. You have to be eating more than you think you can tolerate at every meal. I'm talking clean your fucking five course plate and have two servings of dessert. Then come back bitching about how your metabolism is "too good". Seriously, these kids need to get the fuck out. |
