I've got a physical test on sat morning for the state patrol here and I'm wondering what would be the best meal to have before it. I don't want too much but just enough. I've got your standard push ups, sit ups, bench, leg press, and runs. Looking at 300m and 2 mile run so i'm gonna take some good cars around an hour pre. What else should i look into?

Starchy carbs tonight, then complex/simple carbs and aminos in the morning or prior to whenever your test is. Good luck!
