No not a "good one" im pretty sure its got superdrol and a few others prosteroids in it. So it wouldn't be good for your first cycle which im positive it would be. Look into x-factor and read.

Id Definately reccomend it!

Put on 14lbs from 2 bottles - kept all the muscle and had very little side effects (just mild back acne) !
