| Im looking fora high Calorie &; High Protien protien shake...sumthing to bulk me Up tremendously. im currently 6'3 176lbs i've gain 20lbs over the last year but i think my body has reached plato and i neeed somthing stronger. my max is 225 on bench 3 reps. plz people help me out. i want to break 200lbs by july 1st 2008 |

| Pro Complex Gainer has 55g per serving and like 80-something grams of carbs...600+ cals per serving with water, more with skim milk. More protein with skim milk too. |

| thnx but i heard that the body only consumes 20-25grams of protien ...so how in the world am i suppose 2 absorb the whol 50-55g? what can i take so the body wont digest the rest of the protien out?? |

| I would make a 60oz shake and consume 15oz every 15 minutes. That way you can certain NONE of the protein goes to waste. Glad I could help!! |

Dude slam the whole thing down. You want to gain weight, then pile on the calories. Forget about the nutrient break down. You put down enough calories you'll get everything you need. |

| what a douche. you want high calorie protien, just get 32oz jar of gad damn Peter Pan peanut butter and a gallon of whole milk and down both in one sitting. If that doesn't fatten your puny ass up nothing will! Glad I could help! |

I wouldn't suggest taking in that many cals and grams of protein preworkout. Stick to just carbs (dextrose or sugar) and maybe amino's for preworkout, then the shakes postworkout. |

He's trying to gain a lot pretty quickly. So, I'd say throw down a shake 30-40m before workout. Keep the work out under 60m. Thrown down another shake asap. Then go eat a shiton of food. Edit: make sure that workout is one intense workout too. Heavy ass weights and compound lifts. |

thats how many times a day you eat. How MUCH are you eating when you can. You need to bring bars or something to snack on. |

Also, no reason you can't eat at least 4 times a day. Before busy schedule. In the middle of busy schedule. After busy schedule. Later after busy schedule. Then eat a couple bars here and there while during busy schedule. *I have no idea what you do so fill in "busy schedule" with what ever it is you do. |

| IMO, where your extra calories come from is very important. Most will say a calorie is a calorie and there is some truth to that. But, 45g dextrose w/ have a different effect than 20g of olive oil even though the calories are the same. I would opt for more fat than carbs, though carbs are much easier to consume in mass quantities. A fav. of mine would be blending up 25g whey + 20g heavy cream + 1 tbsp natty PB + 1 large banana w/ milk. That is a tasty shake. |

| i eat about 1000-1300 cal and about 100g of protien coming from shakes a day....tunafish sandwiches...turkey and swiss sandwiches things like that |

Eat more. I highly doubt the other 4000 calories you should be taking in come from tunafish and swiss sandwiches. |

Eat more food man. That's what it comes down to. If you're so busy that you can't eat then you will never gain weight even with the help of steroids and whatever "weight gainer" you buy. |

| 2-3 times a day isnt gunna cut it. 6 at a minimum. In my opinion, real gains is your best bet... You can mix 4 scoops with like 10oz of milk and it's fine to drink... as opposed to MHP or Muscletech's gainers which call for 18oz and are still thick, real gains wont leave you feeling bloated. Just drink one in the morning, one as a Post WO, and one before bed. When you're not downing shakes you should be eating meals that consist of at least 40g of protein, 100 carbs.. etc. A banana some chips and a coke isnt a meal. Until you master that... forget the rest of the supps out there. As i am writing this, im drinking a shake, slowly... so i dont feel like shit. Instead of making new topics vs using the search button, you could be reading and sipping a shake too. |

| tru thanx...i was thinking about getting either serious mass or cyto gainer but i see that real gains people keep mentioning it. and i guess i do that then. i need to have other things with me through out the day to fill up my 6 times a day eatting routine. a PB&J sandwich ..banna..tuna fish sandwich things like that and have my shakes to go with them. how does this sound ? |

| I just use regular creatine mono. If you want you can use one of those special formulas like Storm with the extra shit in it. |
