Also, no reason you can't eat at least 4 times a day. Before busy schedule. In the middle of busy schedule. After busy schedule. Later after busy schedule. Then eat a couple bars here and there while during busy schedule. *I have no idea what you do so fill in "busy schedule" with what ever it is you do.

 IMO, where your extra calories come from is very important. Most will say a calorie is a calorie and there is some truth to that. But, 45g dextrose w/ have a different effect than 20g of olive oil even though the calories are the same. I would opt for more fat than carbs, though carbs are much easier to consume in mass quantities. A fav. of mine would be blending up 25g whey + 20g heavy cream + 1 tbsp natty PB + 1 large banana w/ milk. That is a tasty shake.

 2-3 times a day isnt gunna cut it. 6 at a minimum. In my opinion, real gains is your best bet... You can mix 4 scoops with like 10oz of milk and it's fine to drink... as opposed to MHP or Muscletech's gainers which call for 18oz and are still thick, real gains wont leave you feeling bloated. Just drink one in the morning, one as a Post WO, and one before bed. When you're not downing shakes you should be eating meals that consist of at least 40g of protein, 100 carbs.. etc. A banana some chips and a coke isnt a meal. Until you master that... forget the rest of the supps out there. As i am writing this, im drinking a shake, slowly... so i dont feel like shit. Instead of making new topics vs using the search button, you could be reading and sipping a shake too.

 tru thanx...i was thinking about getting either serious mass or cyto gainer but i see that real gains people keep mentioning it. and i guess i do that then. i need to have other things with me through out the day to fill up my 6 times a day eatting routine. a PB&J sandwich ..banna..tuna fish sandwich things like that and have my shakes to go with them. how does this sound ?

I personally like Xtend. It tastes good. Others will tell you to save a few bucks and get bulk BCAA's but I hear they taste like cat shit. The lemonade Xtend is hard to beat. Tastes better than Crystal Light.
