You asked for a high protein, high calorie shake...that's what I told you. Take half a serving in one shake at whatever time, then the other half at a later time. 22.5 grams protein per half-serving.

 i was refering to ROIDS with the whole one min thing. i tryed real gains a while back jason... how effective did it work for u ?

Just breaking your balls. Anyway that whole protein digestion thing is a myth really. Of course some proteins digest faster than others but saying that the body can only absorb X gram at once is silly. A lot of things affect the rate of digestion in the body.

I wouldn't suggest taking in that many cals and grams of protein preworkout. Stick to just carbs ( dextrose or sugar) and maybe amino's for preworkout, then the shakes postworkout.

He's trying to gain a lot pretty quickly. So, I'd say throw down a shake 30-40m before workout. Keep the work out under 60m. Thrown down another shake asap. Then go eat a shiton of food. Edit: make sure that workout is one intense workout too. Heavy ass weights and compound lifts.
