Well from day 1 from my lifting Ive always had shoulder issues. But the one I will get into is my left. Its my weaker shoulder but its odd how it works. It will go good for a few reps but towards the end of what Im doin its almost as f it dies out. Im not able to produce nearly the same power behind it like I am with my right. Same goes for my confidence and stability in it. Its more of a 1 rep will be good, then the next wont happen. This is how I had a semi dislocation of it a couple years ago. Was doin 90lb db chest presses and I felt it getting weak, then the enxt rep it popped out. Not its lead to myleft delt being slightly smaller, as goes my lef lat, and my left trap is slightly under developed compared to my right. Im thinkin maybe its my rotator cuff, cause it just doesnt feel structuraly as strong internally. Any rehab specialists out there?

Damn dude. Sounds fucked up! Glad I could help. j/k. From what you describe, it sounds like if you go too hard and heavy on it, it's going to pop out again. I'd go easy until you can talk to a sports medicine MD.

Yeah was almost a subluxation I think. But years before this, there were times where I could sense that same "its about to pop out" type feeling n I would back off. Im gonna try n go light, with high reps from here for a bit to see what happens. Like I said, TRY lol. Thanks guys. My next step would be a doc anyway for my right shoudler is whacky too lol.

Damn that just sounds like shit, especially not knowing if its gonna pop out during a rep. Side note any gains, how are you feeling?

No, its not extreme like that. For one I know when to quit, and 2 its not that common, but enough to keep me alert. Its on shoulder presses, chest presses, stuff like that. Feelin good overal, as long as Im careful and listen to my body. My weights up bnout 15 lbs since start. So Im lovin the way my shirts are starting to fit lol. Just gotta nail my pct and hopefully double the calories lol. Gettin fat! |

Go get an MRI, and see whats wrong. Then a doctor can prescribe PT for you.
