Hey. I got about a month to go before i start my PCT.

im Gonna stop the creatine for sure, but what do you guys think about dropping Taurine and Arginine AKG as well?

I Figured the reintroduction of 2 cell volumizers and a vaso-dilator PCT would really help keep my gains.

what are your opinions on this or should i just continue using the AAKG and taurine.

Thanks.

If it was me I would drop then and then start again during pct. It should give you a boost that will help you maintain as much of trhat muscle as possible that you wouldn't have if you remained on them during your cycle. IMO

AAKG should be cycled anyways. As for the Taurine, I wouldn't see a need to take time off from it.

I already dropped it. Figured cycle off until PCT so that i could have something to help retain gains ive made?

I dunno...thought cycling it was the way to go.

i agree with backing off those supps until you're "clean".....mainly for cost effectiveness. they're all going to boost your gains while on cycle, but you shouldn't need too much of a boost then anyway.

i'd guess that taurine is for "back pumps," so when that's not a concern, id' cycle off.

and if any of the AAS you're on increase blood volume a lot (i.e. EQ), i don't see the point of arginine then....

at any rate, i think your plan is solid, bro.
