So as I come off my Havoc cycle, Im being advised to change my training routine. Im glad I was told this for I would have tried to go just as heavy/hard in an attempt to keep up my numbers. But someone brought to my attention that since you wont be as anabolic, you will breakdown muscle that way. Now low volume was recomended, but does this involve just les weight less reps? Or same weight, less reps?

Im looking for some input on post cycle training, for I want to come down as best as possible. Ive allready made some awesome gains, and would hate to see them go to waste. Thanks

I don't think you need "low volume" just probably lower than you did on cycle.

When I was on my last Sdrol cycle I did the same as Good, tried to get whole routine in twice a week. This meant no days off and sometimes I'd work out twice in a day. After that when I came off cycle I had symptoms of overtraining (trouble sleeping mainly and cold sweats at night) I went down to 4 days a week for a few weeks then back to 5 and everything has been fine since..... Listen to your body. If you overtrain you'll know it.

Why not switch to a low volume/high frequency workout, fullbody 3x per week is the best way to go about it IMO. It also may be good for PCT bc it may help boost your natural testosterone levels.

yeah you should cut some volume... but i wouldn't neccesssarily go "low" volume

Just knock a set or two off each excercise and maybe add a day or two of rest... keep calories high as possible and make sure your getting plenty of sleep

over-training is very easy when you come off cycle

but try and keep the weight heavy to maintain strength

EDIT:

I'd add a cortisol blocker to your PCT as well... this is a life saver since cortisol will most likely spike within a week or so of coming off

i'v always had the best experience with lean xtreme by DS... Retain 2 by AX is decent too

do a little research on them... some don't think they are neccessary but i notice a difference when i don't use one Post cycle

i'm doin decent... i'm still sitting at about 216 which was my starting weight, but i'v leaned out considerably... prob 1.5-2% BF so i'm happy

strength has gone up a bit as well this last week which is surprising since i'm only taking in around 2500-2800 calories per day and cycling clen
