your routine looks solid.

A "3 on/1 off" schedule might be considered overtraining....

unless you're using an anabolic substance or your muscle recovery rate is incredibly fast and your natty test levels are through the roof, you probably wont grow.

I see you didnt factor in deadlifts to your schedule. reconsider that. Once a week would be fine.

For biceps, You could add preacher curls and/or lat pulldowns with an underhand grip...Arnold concentration curls, seated dumbbell curls, hammer curls, you could also alternate btwn EZ bar curls and straight bar curls, etc. Its up to you.

+1 to pretty much everything Jayv said. Pullups might be a good addition to your back/bi's day too.

+1 on the pullups. thats a must imo

No, maybe I can't win. Maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he's got. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that. I don't know.

Where's the hamstring work (glute ham raise, leg curls, stiff leg deads)?

Why are you hammering the shit out of your chest and tris and going to easy on shoulders & back?

throw in some deads on back day and a few more sets for shoulders.

Wide grip bench is an upper body exercise, not shoulder.

How do you guys think I should break my workout up. I said 3 days on and 1 off, but somebody here said that was to much. Does every other day seem alright?

People need to quit thinking of bench as a chest exercise, or incline as a shoulder exercise. Both are complex multi joint movements that work lots of muscles. Bench is upper body pushing lift exercise, and should be viewed as such. Much like squats is viewed as legs, not quads.

My goal is to gain more mass and get stronger. I`m currently taking creatine monohydrate and protein.

I just thought it sounded funny how you put it in the first place. That's a little better. But the fact of using different grips and different angles does place emphasis on different areas.

Just the same as using different stances and different bar positions makes for different squat emphasis.

Marc - I wouldn't do any bench movement to target the shoulders. I would do some type of over head pressing movement and laterals.

So if I want larger triceps, I guess I just need to do more upper body excercises. So, how about pull-ups to make my tris bigger? laugh.gif
