yea if you got a truck and live in a big city keep it simple...in the country like where I live so many boggers around that are soooo sick. bigs 38inch tires and retarded lifts. Im going for a truck in the fall.

Eric, do you recommend the HKS exhaust on this application over all others? Is the Greddy or Injen just as comparable???

Greddy and Injen also make great stuff, search some reviews and see if you can find some feedback about fitment, quality and sound clips if possible, also which you find most attractive.

Just stay away from any no-name ebay brands and things like that. I always build my own exhausts using high quality parts, but i have a tig machine and a dual post car lift in my home garage so its alot easier, but you won't be disapointed with HKS or Greddy, i dont know that much about Injen exhauts but their other parts are top notch. Look for things like titanium mufflers to help save weight, but again more money there.

I currently run a 4" turbo back on my dsm, all aluminum piping, muffler and vbands, just the downpipe is stainless, but ive considered doing an aluminum downpipe as well.

Before you drop 1500 on an exhaust system you need to make sure you do alot of research about what your buying, as well find all the parts you need before you purchase any, make sure that your headers of choice will fit your exhaust of choice since the lenghts of the runners of the headers could make a difference how everything fits depending on what you use, just do your research!!

Eric thanks for your insight. What you say is true. I am excited, but, I gotta hold back and do some research before I drop another $2500 blink.gif

I did see on ebay a complete turbo set for $3500 including full exhaust, turbo, ect...all parts cool.gif

Very nice. I used to sell Infiniti for about a yr, about 3 yrs. ago. Great cars and they hold their value well. Looks like Diamond Graphite. That was always my fav. color in the G, since it looks good and doesn't show dirt. I think the best interior is the graphite since it won't smudge like the lighter one. Congrats on a great choice!

Nice ride.... Save your money and go turbo from the get go. I spent a gob of money on my VR6 with bolt ons and ended up parting it out to go turbo later on. My buddy just picked his Mk5 Gti from GIAC in Irvine. They have a beta kit on his car and it dynoed 330whp with a GT28RS turbo. It's pretty damn quick.

Chris, I sell rocks.

Doogsy, gotta have those rubber mats. keep it fresh and clean.

Jacob, I have a full dual exhaust, and headers and a cold air intake. I may not even turbo this beast til down the road. Its really fast already. turbo sounds effin sweet though.

Josh, this is my fav color for interior and exterior also. I just so happened to drive by a nissan dealership and they had ONE G35, the one I own now. Funny thing is, I probably wouldve settled for almost any color laugh.gif

Ive been waiting years to own one cool.gif

I was looking at these. Staggered rims, 4 inch lip. Sick new wheels for 2008. 20" in the front and 21" rear.

Go with SSR Comps... got'em on my car. They look sick! Volk Te37 would be my second choice. BBS has some nice ones too but all the rims I mentioned are expensive. Looks like you can afford it though.

jacob your avatar is awesome cool.gif

I gotta keep the rims under 2K mad.gif

If I get for example, tein springs, which would drop the car approx 1.5", would a rear camber kit be necessary?
