I am trying to put together a shopping list, so to speak, of what I am going to use when I cut right before summer.
When I am ready to cut I will be incorporating more cardio into my schedule and will be eating very clean. The one thing that will probably hurt me is I do love to eat so even eating clean I could still very well be high on the calorie side.

Anybody know of a good supp that helps suppress appetite?

1,3-Dimethylamylamine seems to work very well for some, but not others. It is definitely worth trying out while it is on sale.

Another sale item: L-Tyrosine, is a very good appetite suppressant, especially when combined with Adrenergic or Noradrenergic substances including 1,3-Dimethylamylamine and Phenethylamines like Ephedrine. I have never tried Ephedrine so I cannot vouch for it's efficacy.

Hope that helped.

its an amino acid...one step away from tryptophan. It then becomes a precursor to serotonin....

The theory is that feelings of well being from the increase in serotonin will decrease the cravings for carbs. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. its hit or miss imo.

Id have to agree with the geranamine (Dimethylamylamine) w/caffeine killing the appetite. it does.

i also find that green tea curbs my appetite....almost to the point of mild nausea.

For me best appetite suppression came with Red Acid. Hoodia has worked and green tea as well.

Since 5-htp is on step away from tryptophan (the chemical in turkey that makes you tired) does 5-htp make you tired?
If this is just going to make me want to sleep all the time then I definitely wouldn't want to take it.

It does make you sleepy, hence suggested dosing is once per day just before bed. I actually wake up feeling more refreshed than I would normally.

In my opinion the best supplement I have ever used for appetite suppression was our new fat burner we just came out with, Recreate. I normally have to force feed my self with calories and sometimes this can mean turning to apple pie and pizza hahaha. But Recreate contains a unique ingredient that helps to suppress appetite but ALSO make it so you don't get junk food cravings. Basically, it helped me to stop craving pizza and apple pie, etc. biggrin.gif
